New podcast: Heart Rate Monitoring

We are pleased to post a new Physios for ME podcast, which you can watch here.

This is the first in a two-part series about the use of Heart Rate Monitoring for people with ME to help manage their activity levels.

In part one we explore the theory behind Heart Rate Monitoring, and we were absolutely thrilled to be joined by Todd Davenport from The Workwell Foundation.

The slide-deck is available to download as a pdf on our updated Heart Rate Monitoring webpage, which also has links to lots of resources and support groups so that you can learn more about this method.

Part two will feature patient case studies, and will be released very soon.

Make sure to subscribe to our new YouTube Channel to get updates.
