We're pleased to announce a new resource – a downloadable one-sheet titled “How to work safely with people who have ME/CFS”.

This is aimed at physios who do not work in specialist ME services, to help them understand how to adapt their practice to work safely with people who have ME.

The new resource is a work-in-progress so we’d like to hear how useful it is in practice. You can download the one-sheet and find out more on our website here.

The clarity of the new handout regarding pacing and energy management is excellent for both patients and those supporting them in technical fields. When you are dealing with high-stress environments like software development, having a clear guide to prevent crashes is indispensable. For those currently studying and struggling with heavy workloads, finding online help with computer science projects in Australia can be a practical way to implement pacing while still meeting their academic milestones. Reducing the cognitive load is just as important as physical rest when managing these conditions. Are there plans to create a digital version of this handout specifically for workplace managers to read?

I read the post about the new handout release and it explained helpful tips for movement and recovery that can make daily tasks feel easier and safer for people dealing with pain. Last semester when my classes felt confusing I used finish my associate level course support because I needed extra help to understand lessons before deadlines. That taught me that steady effort and good guidance make both learning and healing feel more manageable.
