Michelle and Natalie presented virtually at the Norwegian ME Association on "Understanding and Managing ME/CFS for physiotherapists", including information about our education strategy
CSP Annual Conference - England
Nikki presented the results of our home-based physiological testing study at the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy conference and took questions from the audience, as well as two poster presentations for our heart rate monitoring survey and vagus nerve stimulation survey.
Karen was interviewed by Physio Update, an independent website for physiotherapists. She talks about how she became involve in ME, and why our book is important for physiotherapists
Hope 4 ME & Fibro Northern Ireland
Nikki and Karen launched our new book and discussed our research to date as part of the "Taking Control - ME, Fibromyalgia & Long Covid" conference. Attendees even received a free copy of our book!
Nikki and Karen were interviewed by David Tuller, a journalist and public health lecturer at the University of California, Berkley Center for Global Public Health, with a special interest in ME. We talked about the formation of Physios for ME and our new book
Karen was interviewed by Rob Messenger, who is undertaking an impressive "500 Miles for ME" challenge to raise money for ME charities.

ME/CFS International Conference
Nikki presented virtually at the ME/CFS International Conference run by the National Centre for Neuroimmunology and Emerging Diseases in Australia. We had two posters accepted; the physiological testing feasibility study, and our heart rate monitoring survey
World Physiotherapy Conference
Nikki and Michelle presented two posters; "Educating physiotherapists on the implications of Post Viral Fatigue Syndrome & Myalgic Encephalomyelitis during the Covid-19 pandemic: A virtual approach" and "Survey of people with Myalgic Encephalomyelitis(ME) to explore their use and experiences of physiotherapy services in the UK "
The team presented on a Long Covid webinar for student physiotherapists. We covered incidence, demographics and symptoms, what can be learned from post viral fatigue syndrome and ME, fatigue definition and management, precautions about exercise, and personal Long Covid experiences

Organised by the Irish Society of Chartered Physiotherapists, Nikki led a presentation on "Long Covid and lessons learned from other post viral conditions such as ME/CFS"

Nikki presented to London ACPIN (Association of Chartered Physiotherapists in Neurology): “Fatigue : Potential Causes, Management and Special Populations Including Post Viral Fatigue Syndrome and ME.”
