Interview with Long Covid / Post Viral Fatigue

We have just posted a new video on our brand new Youtube Channel.

In the video we interviewed Luke, who is dealing with post viral fatigue symptoms after contracting Covid 19 in March. While we are aware this is not strictly ME, we felt that his story was very relevant to what physiotherapists might be facing right now, and that the management approaches that Luke's physio (our very own Natalie) was using could also be applied to someone with ME.

The video can be seen here

We have more podcasts that will be posted very soon, so make sure to subscribe to our blog and Youtube channel so that you get notifications when we post new material.

We hope to continue producing videos exploring a whole range of topics. If there is anything specific you'd like us to investigate please do get in touch to let us know. We're always open to ideas!
