We have just posted a new video on our brand new Youtube Channel.
In the video we interviewed Luke, who is dealing with post viral fatigue symptoms after contracting Covid 19 in March. While we are aware this is not strictly ME, we felt that his story was very relevant to what physiotherapists might be facing right now, and that the management approaches that Luke's physio (our very own Natalie) was using could also be applied to someone with ME.
